Episode 27 recap: Huang Yi Mei filed for divorce.
Huang Zhen Hua invited Su Geng Sheng to join him for a marathon, as running a marathon was a way to deliver a message. After finishing, Huang Zhen Hua would tell Su Geng Sheng the situation. Su Geng Sheng was surprised that Huang Zhen Hua, who could barely run 5 kilometers, was able to complete a 30-kilometer marathon, so Su Geng Sheng ran alongside him, waiting for him.

Huang Zhen Hua told his parents about the situation and his determination to marry Su Geng Sheng. His parents asked Huang Zhen Hua to confirm his decision, and Huang Zhen Hua seriously conveyed his answer to them.
Su Geng Sheng saw Huang Yi Mei and her daughter off at the airport. Huang Yi Mei tested Su Geng Sheng, asking if their marriage was doomed and if they should end it early. Angry, Huang Yi Mei called Fang Xie Wen, but he deliberately did not answer, instead checking Huang Yi Mei's location on his phone.
That night, Huang Yi Mei formally filed for divorce from Fang Xie Wen, but he refused, using their child as leverage.
