Episode 25 recap: Jiang Xin Bai confirmed Yan Nan Xing's identity.

Yan Nan Xing was very concerned about Jiang Xin Bai and felt that he couldn't let Jiang Xin Bai be so depressed. Jiang Xin Bai asked Yan Nan Xing what would happen if he couldn't stay in the capital, and Yan Nan Xing felt that he would leave with Jiang Xin Bai, as the world is vast and there must be a place for them. Yan Nan Xing stated that no matter what, he would accompany Jiang Xin Bai.

Yan Bi Qing started talking to Jiang Suo Luo about recent events, wanting to get closer to him, feeling that they had already gotten engaged and would eventually be together. Jiang Suo Luo told Yan Bi Qing to leave her alone, but Yan Bi Qing refused. Jiang Xin Bai happened to come by and punched Yan Bi Qing, telling him to leave immediately.

Yan Bi Qing was also frustrated and could only leave first. Jiang Xin Bai came to ask Jiang Suo Luo for help, hoping he could help keep an eye on Lu Bo An. Jiang Suo Luo agreed. After Jiang Suo Luo returned, he saw the gift Jiang Xin Bai had given him, which he had kept. Yan Qing Yun happened to come by and mentioned that this pen was the first birthday gift Jiang Xin Bai had given Jiang Suo Luo after returning from Yaozhou, and at the time Jiang Suo Luo had disliked it and wanted to throw it away, but ended up keeping it. Yan Qing Yun had originally wanted to persuade Jiang Suo Luo to go help Jiang Xin Bai, but now it seemed unnecessary.

Yan Qing Yun hoped Jiang Suo Luo could go plead with the Empress and Crown Prince, but Jiang Suo Luo felt that it might not be effective now. Yan Qing Yun felt that even if it was useless, they should at least try, or she would feel uneasy. Jiang Suo Luo felt there was someone more suitable, so he went to find Prime Minister Pei. Prime Minister Pei said that the Emperor was very angry this time, and his current plea would not be of much use.

Prime Minister Pei felt that if necessary, the Prince of Yuejian's mansion would have to distance itself from Jiang Xin Bai, which was likely what Jiang Xin Bai was thinking as well. Jiang Suo Luo was greatly shocked, not expecting it to reach the point of abandoning his own brother. Yan Nan Xing wanted to cheer up Jiang Xin Bai, and remembered that Jiang Xin Bai had previously said he wanted to see fireworks, so Yan Nan Xing bought some fireworks from the ghost market to bring back. But Lu's people discovered Yan Nan Xing, feeling they could give him a push.

Yan Nanxing brought Jiangxin Bai to the city walls where they were setting off fireworks. Jiangxin Bai said they were not allowed to set off fireworks here, as the capital did not permit fireworks. However, the emperor had granted his father the privilege to watch fireworks on his birthday, and Jiangxin Bai would always go with his father to watch.

Suddenly, fireworks started going off. Yan Nanxing and Jiangxin Bai were both shocked. Shang Bielie arrived with some people, saying they had received a report and seen the fireworks, and were taking the two of them back.

Jiangxin Bai's mother rushed over to see him, and Pei the Chancellor also arrived, saying the emperor was very angry and wanted to send Jiangxin Bai to Yazhou. Yan Nanxing pleaded with Shang Bielie, telling him the fireworks were her doing and Jiangxin Bai was not involved.

Jiangxin Bai said Yan Nanxing wanted to set off fireworks to propose to him, and asked Pei the Chancellor to appeal to the emperor. Pei thought this was a good reason. This meant Jiangxin Bai and Yan Nanxing would have to get married, which Yan Nanxing was willing to do.

Jiangxin Bai went to see Shang Bielie, who was initially unwilling to hear him out. Jiangxin Bai said he was making a last-ditch effort. Shang Bielie then went to see Lu the Grand Administrator, saying he would not let them go if he found evidence they had harmed his older brother. He also mentioned Lu Baoan's forgery activities. Lu was very angry, not expecting Li Jun to implicate his own grandson. Lu told Li Jun to leave the capital and hide for a while, saying he was ill and needed to return home.
