Episode 20 recap: Yan Nanxing has been kidnapped.
Tong Saier wants Yan Nanxing to help Shang Bieli treat his nose, Yan Nanxing is very surprised and feels that Shang Bieli might not be willing, but Tong Saier says Shang Bieli will agree. Yan Nanxing comes to see an old regular customer, the old regular says it's normal for Yan Nanxing not to remember him, but he remembers Yan Nanxing, and knocks Yan Nanxing unconscious.

Li Wufang was at the Twelve Music Courtyard when he saw Jiang Xinbai come. Li Wufang said that Yan Nanxing had other men she cared about, but he didn't expect Jiang Xinbai to still come to save Yan Nanxing. Li Wufang tortured Jiang Xinbai, making him kneel down. Li Wufang kept beating Jiang Xinbai and even stabbed him with a knife. Yan Nanxing was very heartbroken and wanted Jiang Xinbai to leave first and stop Li Wufang from beating him.
Shang Bielie came with people and arrested Li Wufang. Yan Nanxing stayed to take care of Jiang Xinbai, saying that her little brother was not important to her now, and told Jiang Xinbai to stop thinking about him. Jiang Xinbai came to ask Li Wufang, saying that for kidnapping and injuring someone, the least punishment would be exile, and his maternal grandfather might be able to save him from that, but he would still be exiled. Jiang Xinbai mentioned several harsh exile locations.
Li Wufang was scared and could only say he didn't know whose the paintings were.
