Plot Synopsis

In the distantpast, aprince, Jiang Xin Bai (played by Luo Yun Xi), faced a troubled fate. In his youth, while trying to rescue a young girl being chased by a carriage, he was unfortunately hit on the head and lost the ability to recognize faces. This sudden blow meant he could only identifypeople through their voice, scent, and subtle movements. The girl he saved was none other than the female lead, Yan Nan Xing (played by Song Yi).

Yan Nan Xing is a skilled but eccentric wandering doctor. She suffers from a rare condition that causes her to "change faces" and transform into a completely differentperson every month. This shameful secret leads to her being ostracized by her family andpursued by those hunting her. Her life is full of challenges and unknowns, but shepersists in her beliefs, using her medical skills to healpeople.

The lives of these two become intertwined by chance. Jiang Xin Bai leaves the capital city to investigate the "Wuhiang Case", while Yan Nan Xing wanders to evade thosepursuing her. Without knowing each other, they team upto hide their respective secrets and uncover the truth. Together, they experience many wonderful adventures on the rivers and lakes.

Jiang Xin Bai is not only aprince, but also the Chief of the Capital Constabulary. With his keen insight and exceptional intelligence, he repeatedly finds key information to deeply investigate the "Wuhiang Case". However, his "face blindness"poses a significant obstacle. He must not only face misunderstandings and schemes from the outside, but also conflicts and struggles within his own family.

Jiang Xin Bai's younger sister, Jiang Suo Luo (played by Chen Yao), is jealous and dissatisfied due to her mother's favoritism towards her brother and her own neglect. In order toprove her worth, she resorts to various means to take revenge on Jiang Xin Bai. Her actionsplunge Jiang Xin Bai into an even more complex situation, but hepersists in his beliefs and supports Yan Nan Xing as they face difficulties together.

Amid these "internal and external troubles", Jiang Xin Bai and Yan Nan Xing forge ahead hand-in-hand. Not only do they uncover the truth of the "Wuhiang Case", but they also discover the most genuine emotions in each other's hearts. Their love story endures all kinds of trials and tribulations, ultimately finding fulfillment. Their story tells the audience that true love is not about outward appearances, but about inner connection and mutual support.
