Episode 19 recap: Sang Zhi's internship encountered difficulties.
Sang Zhi received the message that she had passed her interview. Sister Siyun got sick at work, and everyone urged her to go to the hospital immediately, although she was very reluctant to do so. On the first day of the interview, Sang Zhi dressed very formally. Sang Yan called to ask if she had booked her ticket, and although he was busy with his own relationship, he still planned to pick her up at the airport.
Sang Zhi hesitantly told Sang Yan that she would be interning here, which angered him and he scolded her for being brainless. Her roommates were also worried about Sang Zhi's future. When it was time to leave work, Sang Zhi was again asked to work overtime by Shi Xiao Yu, and her smile had become bittersweet.
Duan Jia Xu received the takeout Sang Zhi had ordered, and almost got surrounded by onlookers. In the company lobby, Sang Zhi hugged Duan Jia Xu's face and kissed him. Shi Xiao Yu happened to pass by and witnessed this, so she told Jiang Ying about it. Jiang Ying, upon learning that Duan Jia Xu and Sang Zhi were together, lost control of her emotions again, with a murderous expression on her face.
Sang Zhi was inexplicably scolded by Shi Xiao Yu under the pretext of a planning project, saying that she didn't know anything but still thought highly of herself, and that Shi Xiao Yu just didn't like her much. Jiang Ying invited Shi Xiao Yu to dinner that night, but since there was a company team building event, Shi Xiao Yu declined.
At the team building event, Sang Zhi found it very boring, and was about to make an excuse to leave when Jiang Ying pushed open the door to the private room.
