Episode 31 recap: Pei Zhi Jie's Blind Date Chronicles.
Pei Zhi Jie noticed that Lu Zhi Fei was watching matchmaking programs all day long and thought he lacked any substance. Pei Zhi Jie made fun of Lu Zhi Fei, saying he should practice some cross-talk comedy. Lu Zhi Fei felt that Pei Zhi Jie lacked interest and that someone like Pei Zhi Jie should watch and learn how young people nowadays go on blind dates and successfully hold hands.
Pei Zhi Jie told Lu Zhi Fei that these types of matchmaking programs are all fake. Lu Zhi Fei thought that Pei Zhi Jie was beyond help at this point. Pei Zhi Jie had been on so many blind dates but had not made any progress and had failed without any reflection on why. Pei Zhi Jie somewhat despairingly expressed that he was better suited for a lonely old age.
