Episode 14 recap: Xu Xiaoqian suspected that Wan Xia had betrayed him.
Wan Xia and Zhang Yuan performed a lively skit together, which delighted the audience below. They would frequently provoke uproarious laughter. Lu Zhi Fei watched them from backstage, feeling happy for their success. Pei Zhi Jie also had a cheerful expression on his face. Just as he turned his head, he saw Xu Xiaoqian panting and rushing back. Pei Zhi Jie was curious why Xu Xiaoqian had returned after taking a leave of absence. Xu Xiaoqian found it strange that Wan Xia was performing the skit with Zhang Yuan instead of Pei Zhi Jie, as they had planned. Pei Zhi Jie informed Xu Xiaoqian that the two people on stage had not performed together before and suggested they give it a try. Surprisingly, the effect turned out to be good.

Xu Xiaoqian woke up from a dream, feeling anxious after realizing that Wan Xia had been taken away. He quickly woke up and urged Wang Bo to be cautious in case Wan Xia and Zhang Yuan abandoned them. Wang Bo had a lot of trust in Zhang Yuan, but Xu Xiaoqian earnestly persuaded Wang Bo against it. Unable to resist his curiosity, Wang Bo decided to confront Zhang Yuan.
Xu Xiaoqian anticipated that Wang Bo might get angry, but to his surprise, Wang Bo and Zhang Yuan seemed to get along well. Xu Xiaoqian was furious at Wan Xia for being a traitor, as they had promised to be partners for life, and now she had betrayed him. He went to Hua Jie's shop to drown his sorrows. Hua Jie thought Xu Xiaoqian was overthinking things. Xu Xiaoqian declared that he would perform solo comedy sketches starting from that day, and coincidentally, Wan Xia overheard his statement.
The next day, Xu Xiaoqian woke up and found himself practicing apologizing while looking at Wan Xia's photo alone. Lily came in and scolded Xu Xiaoqian angrily. Before he could react, Wang Bo informed him that Pei Zhi Jie wanted to see him. Everyone became serious when they saw Xu Xiaoqian approaching, and Pei Zhi Jie pretended to be stern, warning Xu Xiaoqian that any attempts to instigate conflicts would be dealt with according to the class rules.
Xu Xiaoqian made valid arguments, and Zhang Yuan told him that Wan Xia had asked him to find a dance teacher. Suddenly, Xu Xiaoqian realized that he might have misunderstood the situation. He went to apologize to Wan Xia with a gift. Wan Xia was engrossed in watching a panda eat bamboo, with a serious expression on her face.
