Episode 29 recap: Xing Zhi sent pursuers called Ice-Freezing disciples.

Fu Sheng's pursuers, using the Water-Stopping Technique, attempted to intimidate Shen Li, but they were confronted by Xing Zhi, the ancient celestial god and the only one of his kind in the Three Realms. Xing Zhi easily defeated the pursuers and sent them back to deliver a message to Fu Sheng that he would confront him directly. Frightened, the pursuers fled, and Xing Zhi revealed his identity in front of Shen Li.

Although he saved Shen Li, Xing Zhi blamed himself for not being able to protect her during her most dangerous moments. Fu Rong brought news that Jin Niang Zi and the Snow Mountain Demon Warrior possessed medicinal herbs that could restore Shen Li's five senses. To assist Shen Li, Xing Zhi decided to take her to the Snow Mountain in search of the treasure.

Fu Sheng, seeking to enhance his magical powers, decided to go to the Great Snow Mountain to find the Spirit Pearl and repair his inner core. Shen Li and Xing Zhi embarked on the journey to the Snow Mountain together. Along the way, Xing Zhi informed Shen Li that Jin Niang Zi was an ancient golden snake demon who possessed endless treasures. Shen Li felt emotional about Jin Niang Zi's old age but unintentionally made Xing Zhi misunderstand that she was being despised. Shen Li quickly apologized, which improved Xing Zhi's mood.

Shen Li encountered the Golden Snake Demon, a person dressed in men's clothing with a small mustache, but referred to themselves as "this servant," leaving their gender a mystery. Shen Li curiously discovered that the Golden Snake Demon seemed to understand her thoughts. She privately asked Xing Zhi if this snake demon was skilled in the art of seduction, but Xing Zhi calmly stated that they would not be influenced.

After examining Shen Li's pulse, the Golden Snake Demon accurately diagnosed a clash of spiritual power within her body, which originated from a magical artifact that had been incinerated at high temperatures but had now merged with her bloodline. Fortunately, the snake demon possessed precious medicinal herbs that could treat Shen Li's five senses.

The snake demon was astute and tried to introduce Shen Li to a handsome man. In return for the medicinal herbs, Xing Zhi proposed offering one of the Seven Stars of the Immortal Realm as a gift. However, Shen Li worried that this action would provoke dissatisfaction from the Immortal Realm towards Xing Zhi.

To ensure Shen Li's speedy recovery, Xing Zhi urged the snake demon to hand over the medicinal herbs that same evening. In a concealed healing place, the snake demon emphasized that Xing Zhi, being a man, should not enter and only needed to wait outside the cave. Xing Zhi repeatedly instructed the snake demon not to mention anything related to men and Shen Li during the healing process.
