Episode 26 recap: Xing Zhi found Shen Li by the seaside.

Fu Sheng cruelly tortured Shen Li, driving nails into her joints. The Third Prince was terrified, but Shen Li clenched her teeth and silently endured the pain. Suddenly, Fu Sheng displayed his spiritual power, and in order to prevent him from further torturing Shen Li, Mo Fang hastily escaped.

Shen Li urged the Third Prince to escape and deliver the news of the Northern Sea's invasion to the immortal realm, but the Third Prince was afraid of being captured and refused to flee. After Mo Fang regained his senses, he rescued Shen Li, and the Third Prince followed suit and fled. They managed to reach a secluded mountain stream, where Mo Fang attempted to remove the nails from Shen Li's body. However, she was in unbearable pain and couldn't act recklessly.

Mo Fang apologized to Shen Li for his previous betrayal, but Shen Li was tormented in her heart. Although she was grateful for Mo Fang's rescue, they had become enemies. Mo Fang diverted Fu Sheng's attention and temporarily left Shen Li in a hidden location. Shen Li's blood flowed into the East Sea and was sensed by Xing Zhi.

Xing Zhi had originally intended to achieve enlightenment through fasting, but upon sensing Shen Li's life force, he immediately found her and saved her life. In her unconscious state, Shen Li was brought back by Xing Zhi. Mistaking him for Mo Fang, she rejected his approach and vowed to show no mercy when they meet on the battlefield. Xing Zhi understood her misunderstanding and silently held her, providing comfort.

When Shen Li regained consciousness, her sense of smell had returned. Mistaking Xing Zhi for a fisherman, she refused his close proximity and declared that they would meet without mercy on the battlefield. Xing Zhi complied with her request and took meticulous care of her, even personally removing the dark iron embedded in her body, despite the painful and bloody process.

Finally, Shen Li regained her vision and saw Xing Zhi outside the window. She realized the truth in her heart and was grateful for his gentle care.
