Episode 16 recap: Cui Wan Er was kidnapped by pirates.
Li Meng Meng asked Qi Yan if he felt that the soundproofing of the window was very good. There was strong wind just now, but now that the window is closed, they can't hear it anymore. Qi Yan said that when Li Meng Meng returns to the palace, he will have their room equipped with such windows too. Li Meng Meng mentioned "our room," and Qi Yan replied that she would know about it when the time comes.
Li Tao saw a photo of Li Meng Meng and Qi Yan in her backpack and realized that Qi Yan is the emperor of the Qi Kingdom. The room was filled with many potatoes, and Mr. Sai asked Qi Yan if he was satisfied with the food. Qi Yan asked why there were only potatoes. Mr. Sai told him that only potatoes were available, and Qi Yan had to show his waist token.
Upon seeing the waist token, Mr. Sai immediately knelt down. Qi Yan asked him about the relief food beneath the dried-up well. Mr. Sai said that if he didn't believe it, he could go and see for himself. Qi Yan and his group arrived at the dried-up well and were surprised to find only a layer of food on top, with all the relief supplies underneath.
