Episode 10 recap: Mo Qingcheng and Gu Sheng meet.
Mo Qingcheng tells Gu Sheng again that he is serious about her. Zhou Zheng discusses this matter with Mo Qingcheng, feeling that they haven't met each other much and don't know what kind of person he really is, how he is privately, whether they are suitable for each other, and what kind of person Gu Sheng likes.
Mo Qingcheng wonders if F has found someone she likes because she said so much. Everyone thinks that the food Mo Qingcheng cooks is delicious. It's raining heavily outside now, and they think Mo Qingcheng can't go back temporarily. They consider having a late-night snack. Mo Qingcheng says he has to work an early shift tomorrow, so he needs to go back tonight, but he can make Yangzhou fried rice for everyone.
Everyone is very happy. After dinner, they play Truth or Dare. Gu Sheng and Mo Qingcheng lose a lot and are asked about their dating experiences by everyone. When it's Mo Qingcheng's turn for truth, everyone asks if they have kissed. Mo Qingcheng doesn't answer and says he will sing a song for them. Everyone agrees, thinking about having Yangzhou fried rice later.
Mo Qingcheng plays the guitar and sings a song for everyone, and they all think it sounds great. Mo Qingcheng makes Yangzhou fried rice for everyone. He tells Gu Sheng that his family's conditions are not very good, and when they just started working at the hospital, he couldn't even afford to eat in the cafeteria, so he often cooks for himself. Gu Sheng feels that Feng Yasong is very fortunate.
Mo Qingcheng and Gu Sheng return home. Mo Qingcheng asks Gu Sheng why she didn't tell everyone who she really is. Gu Sheng says that Mo Qingcheng has never liked revealing his true identity in front of others. Mo Qingcheng says that those people are different from Gu Sheng's friends. Gu Sheng thinks that if they don't end up together, it would be awkward to reveal it.
Mo Qingcheng tells Gu Sheng again that he is serious about her. Gu Sheng thinks that Mo Qingcheng has many fans, and it's better not to say it out loud for his sake. He also assures Mo Qingcheng that he is serious. Mo Qingcheng says he can tell. After returning to the hospital, Mo Qingcheng goes to the pediatric department for a consultation. There is a child who is unconscious, and the parents quickly take the child inside.
One parent becomes dissatisfied, thinking that everyone is waiting in line, so why should he go in first.
The nurse expresses that the child's condition is more urgent, as they have already lost consciousness, but the parents continue to persist and cause a scene. Mo Qingcheng happens to see this and stops them. Geng Xiao Xing took Zhou Zheng to visit the school today and asked why Zhou Zheng is so free. Zhou Zheng explains that he owns a company, so he has relatively more freedom with his time.
Zhou Zheng mentions that sometimes he wants to message Geng Xiao Xing but is afraid she's busy. Geng Xiao Xing says she's not that busy. After Gu Sheng returns, their roommates interrogate him, and Gu Sheng admits that they are already together. The roommates are excited that their roommate and Gu Sheng coincidentally got together. Zhou Zheng chats with Mo Qingcheng and feels that they haven't met each other much and don't know what kind of person Gu Sheng is, especially in private. They wonder if they are compatible and what kind of person Gu Sheng really likes.
Mo Qingcheng wonders if Zhou Zheng is saying all this because he has someone he likes. Zhou Zheng quickly denies it. Zhou Zheng sleeps at Mo Qingcheng's place and ends up taking Mo Qingcheng's blanket. Mo Qingcheng is already feeling a bit sick and sleeps without a blanket, resulting in a fever the next day. Zhou Zheng asks if Mo Qingcheng wants him to take him to the hospital, but Mo Qingcheng feels it's unnecessary and takes sick leave. If he doesn't get better, he'll see a doctor tomorrow when he goes to work.
Gu Sheng calls Mo Qingcheng and notices something off in his voice. Learning that Mo Qingcheng has a fever, Gu Sheng comes over to see him. Since Gu Sheng doesn't have access to Mo Qingcheng's building, there happens to be an aunt who wants to enter, so they enter together. Gu Sheng gets a wet towel for Mo Qingcheng, who tells Gu Sheng not to worry and suggests going outside to sit for a while.
Gu Sheng sits in the living room and eats a lot of snacks, finding them all delicious.
