Episode 22 recap: Huang Yi Lin encountered setbacks in making butter cakes.

Wang Ting Zhi made butter cakes, but they didn't taste as good as expected. When Zhang Bao Qin took a bite, she felt that the level was even lower than her old rival Wu Gui Lian, and wondered how they could win the championship at the culinary competition. She immediately got up to teach Wang Ting Zhi and Huang Yi Lin personally. However, she quickly forgot what she was supposed to add.

Huang Yi Lin was worried that Zhang Bao Qin would discover her illness, so she quickly claimed to understand and just overlooked a small detail. She asked Zhang Bao Qin and Wang Qian Qian to go out and have fun. Huang Yi Lin couldn't figure out what went wrong, but Wang Ting Zhi immediately said he would ask his friends in the culinary field and surely find a way to make the butter cakes.

Huang Yi Lin thought that Ji Ming often ate the butter cakes made by Zhang Bao Qin, so he might notice the difference. So, she decided to send some to Ji Ming for him to taste. Wang Ting Zhi didn't like Huang Yi Lin getting too close to Ji Ming, so he quickly made an excuse that he needed to aid digestion and took over the task.

General Luo's hotel was collaborating with a tourism institute and needed to send a lecturer to train the apprentice chefs. Wang Ting Zhi was exceptionally competent, so General Luo assigned him this task. Huang Yi Lin asked Hua Hua for information about Wu Gui Lian. Hua Hua only knew that Wu Gui Lian was Zhang Bao Qin's old rival who was forced to leave the street because she couldn't compete with Zhang Bao Qin in business. As for where she is now, Hua Hua genuinely didn't know.

Huang Yi Lin knew that Hua Hua had connections and deliberately provoked her with words. As expected, Hua Hua agreed to help find Wu Gui Lian.
