Episode 2 recap: Wang Tingzhi moved into Huang Yilin's house.

Wang Tingzhi busied himself and made several egg tarts. As a culinary master, he could smell the aroma and immediately felt that the long wait was worth it. After taking a bite, he immediately promised to recommend Huang Yilin's egg tarts to his fans, although there was only this one type of product available, which seemed a bit limited. Having been in the food industry for many years, Wang Tingzhi felt that he recognized the person making the egg tarts, but he quickly stated that it was his first time in Macau, unwilling to let anyone inquire further about his background.

Wang Qianqian, dragging her luggage, found Huang Yilin's shop. Wang Tingzhi quickly handed her an egg tart. While helping with the luggage, Wang Qianqian discovered that her bag was missing. Reflecting on the fact that she had insisted on carrying it herself, Wang Qianqian felt a bit helpless. She realized that she had caused trouble and felt guilty. Upon learning that her identification documents were gone, the two of them had nowhere to stay for the night, and they became anxious.

Huang Yilin greatly admired Wang Tingzhi's culinary skills. Thinking that there was an empty room in her own home, she invited Wang Tingzhi and Wang Qianqian to temporarily stay at her place. Wang Tingzhi felt somewhat embarrassed, but since Wang Qianqian didn't want to sleep on the streets and they had no relatives or friends in Macau, they agreed. After settling Wang Tingzhi and his daughter, Huang Yilin proposed to become his apprentice, but Wang Tingzhi didn't accept any disciples. Huang Yilin tried a different approach, but still couldn't convince Wang Tingzhi to agree.

Neighbors and passersby saw Wang Tingzhi suddenly move into Huang Yilin's house, and they inquired about their relationship. Despite Huang Yilin's attempts to explain, the explanations were futile, so she simply stopped trying to explain.
