Episode 24 recap: Li Yun Rui prepared a wedding gift for Fan Xian.
Emperor Qing urged Fan Xian to quickly marry Lin Wan Er, and Fan Xian was naturally eager to do so. Li Yun Rui personally organized the accounts of the imperial treasury, taking this as a gift to give to Fan Xian. That night, Fan Xian heard movement in the courtyard and thought Wu Zhu had returned, but could not find him. The next morning, Fan Xian was dragged by Fan Ruoruo and Liu Ruyu to try on his wedding clothes, but he fled without eating. Lin Waner had guessed that Fan Xian had no patience for fittings, and she angrily refused to try on her own clothes, so Fan Xian had to obediently return home.
Lin Waner tried on her wedding dresses one by one, exhausted and in pain, when Ye Lingren hurriedly came to find her.
