Episode 5 recap: Xiao Heng repeatedly attempted to probe Xue Fang Fei's identity.
Xue Fang Fei took the jade pendant and went home with Tong Er. Tong Er asked Xue Fang Fei if Xiao Heng had given her any trouble, and Xue Fang Fei knew that Xiao Heng had been probing her. She promised that she did not want much further contact with him in the future. Jiang Yu'e, the third uncle's daughter, brought some sheet music to find Xue Fang Fei, saying that Jiang Ruoyao had invited her to the courtyard to appreciate the music.
