Episode 15 recap: Xu Guoxian was protecting A-Zhan.
Xu Guoxian brought the money over to give to Deng Long, expressing his gratitude for him giving face to Lin Xueer. However, he wanted to tell Deng Long that the next four people would be under his protection. When Guan Zhixuan saw A-Zhan, he chased after him. In order to avoid being taken back by Guan Zhixuan, A-Zhan climbed over the railing and left. Guan Zhixuan told him to come back quickly, saying it was very dangerous, but A-Zhan didn't want to.
Guan Zhixuan, A-Can, and Xu Guoxian met up, and they talked about A-Zhan. Xu Guoxian felt that Guan Zhixuan and the others had no right to talk about A-Zhan, as they claimed they wanted to save him but didn't actually do anything for him. Xu Guoxian said he would handle this matter.
Chen Leyi was depositing money at the ATM, and there were many people lining up behind her, urging her to hurry up. Xu Guoxian happened to be passing by and met Chen Leyi. Chen Leyi wanted to invite Xu Guoxian to have an all-you-can-eat meal, but Xu Guoxian thought it was too expensive. He suggested they just buy some groceries and eat at Chen Leyi's place instead.
Xu Guoxian overheard something about goods at Westminster Abbey, and asked Chen Leyi if she was using drugs. Chen Leyi showed Xu Guoxian that there were no needle marks on her arms, and said that Westminster Abbey was where people went to do drugs, and she would absolutely never do that, even though she had money now. She just wanted to earn more money.
Guan Zhixuan was having a meal with Peng Ying Qi, when he received a message from Lin Bing saying she and Xiao An were going to Antarctica for a report. Guan Zhixuan looked very upset. Peng Ying Qi asked if Guan Zhixuan had broken up with his girlfriend, but Guan Zhixuan quickly denied it and only mentioned Lin Bing going to Antarctica.
Xu Guoxian saw Chen Leyi coming to deposit money, and wanted to greet her, but then he saw Westminster Abbey pull her away. Xu Guoxian chased after them and found that they had gone to Tomato.
The tomatoes made them draw lots for life and death, but Chen Leyi did not want to, yet Westminster made Guan Zhixuan go and draw. Xu Guoxian came to find Chen Leyi and asked what was going on.
Chen Leyi said that as long as he went, he could get 500,000, and even if he was caught, he would only end up in prison for two or three years, which was how long it would take him to earn that amount. Xu Guoxian did not allow Chen Leyi to go, and Chen Leyi could only agree.
Azhan and his group captured someone and locked him up, severely torturing him to obtain the passcode to the company's safe.
Xu Guoxian brought something back for Azhan's group to eat, but when they went to check, the person was gone. The police found that someone had bought shoes from one of the stores. Azhan was very angry that his accomplice had bought the shoes, saying he had told them not to draw attention, but now the police would easily track them down. Azhan told them to flee quickly.
Guan Zhixuan saw Azhan and chased after him, but Azhan jumped over the railing to avoid being caught by Guan Zhixuan. Guan Zhixuan urged him to come back, but Azhan refused. Azhan was then intercepted by the arriving Xu Guoxian. Azhan found Guan Zhixuan annoying, and Xu Guoxian said that he and Guan Zhixuan had one thing in common - they both thought Azhan's actions were a disgrace to the "big brother".
Lin Xueer told Xu Guoxian that there was a group of regular customers at the bar who came to drink every week, and one time when she was drunk, she joked about being a drug dealer, and had to eliminate them when she woke up. Xu Guoxian was shocked, and Lin Xueer said she was just joking.
Xu Guoxian borrowed over 300,000 from Lin Xueer, and she said the bar was not being managed, so she would let Xu Guoxian take care of it. Xu Guoxian brought the money to Denglong, and Denglong said he was only doing this as a favor to Lin Xueer. Xu Guoxian thanked him, but said that from now on, he would be the one taking care of those four people.
