Plot Synopsis
During theperiod of the Republic of China, the wealthy businessman's adopted son, Feng Xiao, and the military warlord's righteous daughter, Lin Wanxiu, were married. However, in the chaotic times, each of thempursued their own interests. They deeply loved each other but had to conceal their identities as assassins from each other. As the conflicts between the wealthy businessman and the military warlord escalated, they were forced to confront a situation where as a married couple, they loved and fought each other to the death. However, their love for each other ultimately resolved misunderstandings, allowing them to reconcile and join forces to thwart a sensational conspiracy to smuggle national treasures. They became apair of assassin heroes that struck fear into the hearts of evildoers.
